We're looking for a senior designer with serious technical depth and strong architectural interior design skills — someone equally at home producing precise construction documents and creating beautifully resolved luxury spaces. Your AutoCAD and Revit skills are fluent, your space planning instincts are sharp, and you bring the kind of client-facing confidence, warmth and interpersonal skills that build trust fast.

You stay current with tools that make great designers more effective, including AI productivity tools, because efficiency matters as much as craft when you're managing multiple high-profile projects. You communicate clearly in client presentations and design reviews alike, and your team looks to you for both answers and leadership.

• $90,000+ base salary (DOE) with regular bonus opportunities

We're looking for a positive, dynamic, and motivated designer with:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design
• 7+ years of experience in luxury interior design or architectural firms
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Revit
• Expertise in space planning, interior detailing, and project management
• Strong knowledge of high-end furniture, custom designs, and luxury finishes
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric focus
• Willingness to learn and embrace AI productivity tools
• Self-motivation and meticulous attention to detail
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client projects

• Experience with sustainable/"green" design practices
• Familiarity with building codes and ADA compliance
• Knowledge of commercial office systems
• Social media savvy and website maintenance skills

The team works on high-profile custom residential and commercial projects across Arizona and the Southwest for high-net-worth clients, premier custom home builders, and select commercial clients.

As a senior member of our small but mighty team, you will lead and assist on exclusive luxury design projects from concept through construction administration. Your work will directly shape our projects, client relationships, and studio portfolio.
