Project Architect​/Architectural Project Manager

• Create, manage and produce projects primarily for the booming advanced technology market sector. Additional market sectors with opportunities to support include: industrial, municipal, recreational, higher education, healthcare and other institutional and commercial clients.
• Provide the primary designer and leadership roles to our multi‑disciplinary teams on projects throughout all stages, from concept to delivery.
• Mentor mid‑level architectural staff
• Participate in business development pursuits.
• Generate work and create long‑term client relationships.
• Developing, reviewing, and approving proposals, reports and contract documents.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, required;
  Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university
• Registered Architect in Arizona preferred, NCARB preferred
• 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and planning of facilities within core markets
• Detailed understanding of construction techniques and the development of final construction documents.
• Demonstrated experience developing project specifications.
• Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.

• Demonstrated experience with cross‑discipline collaboration.
• Demonstrated design insight and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, coordination, leadership, team‑building skills.
• Proven success in developing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
