Project Architect
Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Project Architect to join the firm as part of our Commercial team. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Responsibilities- This role is an in-office position
- Professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required
- 4+ years of experience in commercial architecture
- Large Commercial project experience or experience supporting large teams on large-scale projects required
- Professional registration or anticipation of registration
- High commitment to QA/QC
- Thorough understanding of how a drawing set goes together
- Acumen for how things are built and constructability, and the ability to apply that knowledge to support the project design and budget
- Ability to lead and collaborate in a diverse project team environment
- Exhibit strong marketing and client relations experience and capabilities
- Display strengths in master planning, conceptual design, and technical excellence
- Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
- Confident presentation ability
- Revit proficiency strongly preferred; experience with other 3D software is a plus.
- Candidates should be efficient with coordinating project deliverables and client expectations
- Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and consultant coordination is required
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Flexible attitude and ability to juggle multiple priorities is essential
This position is designated as full-time on-site and requires the employee to be physically present at the assigned office location Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Regular, reliable on-site attendance is an essential function of this role.
