Hot Foot Recruiters is hiring a BIM Manager to lead BIM operations, team coordination, and project delivery for semiconductor construction projects in Phoenix. This role is focused on people management, project execution, and cross‑functional coordination, serving as the key liaison between stakeholders and internal BIM teams.
Position: BIM Manager
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85021 (On‑Site)
Type: Full‑Time | Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: up to $105,000 DOE
Responsibilities- Lead and manage BIM team operations, including BIM Coordinators, Specialists, and support staff
- Serve as the primary liaison between TSMC, project managers, and internal BIM/design teams
- Oversee BIM production schedules and ensure deliverables align with construction timelines and client expectations
- Allocate team resources across projects, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve workflow issues
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, design, construction) to ensure smooth project execution
- Lead coordination meetings, track progress, and drive accountability across stakeholders
- Support vendor and client communication, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee clash detection workflows and coordination processes (Navisworks / BIM 360 / ACC)
- Ensure BIM standards, documentation, and quality control processes are followed across projects
- Support onboarding, training, and development of BIM team members
- 5+ years of experience managing teams, projects, or BIM coordination workflows
- Background in BIM, construction, or AEC environments (architecture, engineering, or MEP preferred)
- Strong project management and people leadership skills (this is not a production‑only role)
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize competing workflows, and drive execution under pressure
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC (hands‑on expertise not required, but understanding is important)
- Experience supporting semiconductor, data center, or mission‑critical projects is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working full‑time on‑site in a fast‑paced construction environment
