Vensure is seeking a Lead Product Designer to drive the design strategy for a complex Fintech and HRMS product. You will own design end-to-end and lead a small, dedicated design team while also being hands-on in bringing user experiences to life across web-based platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in designing data-dense interfaces, excellent Figma skills, and experience in leading teams. This full-time position is based on-site in Chandler, Arizona.
