Senior BIM Coordinator

Are you an experienced BIM Coordinator looking to work on large-scale, technically complex projects?

We are supporting a leading engineering consultancy seeking a skilled BIM professional to join their growing team in Phoenix, Arizona
. This role offers the opportunity to support major projects through advanced BIM coordination, model management, clash detection, and collaboration between design teams and field operations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and constructible BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with engineers, designers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple project stakeholders
• Lead clash detection activities using Navisworks and manage resolution workflows
• Ensure models are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with construction requirements
• Maintain model quality, integrity, and version control across project files

• Support BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modelling standards, and project workflows
• Ensure consistency with Level of Development (LOD) requirements and project deliverables
• Drive effective collaboration between design and construction teams

• Act as a link between design teams and field operations to ensure models reflect site conditions
• Identify and resolve design coordination issues and constructability challenges
• Participate in coordination meetings, providing updates on model progress, risks, and priorities

• Track RFIs, change requests, and model updates in collaboration with project teams
• Provide reporting on coordination progress, clashes, and project risks

• Strong experience in BIM coordination, ideally supporting large-scale or complex projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
• Experience managing clash detection and BIM coordination workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on model accuracy and quality

• Experience supporting semiconductor, data centre, industrial, or complex construction projects
• Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), LOD standards, and model governance
• Experience supporting construction-phase BIM delivery and field coordination
• Experience mentoring junior BIM professionals
• Understanding of fire protection, life safety systems, and relevant industry standards
