Project Manager, Engineering Design & Technologists, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

DAVIS is looking for exceptional talented and hardworking architectural/BIM support with strong skills throughout the design and project documentation phase.

• Translate complex designs into clear and concise detailed presentation and construction documents
• Maintain a strong sense of focus and confidence under tight deadlines and varying workloads
• Management and coordination of clients, consultants and integrated design team
• Coordinate production effort with careful adherence to the design intent proposed

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the architectural field; commercial office and multi-story experience required
• Architectural Degree preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized, excellent problem solving and strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required. Knowledge of Sketchup and Adobe CS preferred
• Practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques related engineering principles and building codes
• Knowledge of BIM Best Practices

The following is not required, but preference will be given to a candidate who is also capable of maintaining BIM standards, templates and quality control within all project models
