Architect Job Captain
We are seeking a dedicated Architect Job Captain with 3-5 years of experience. This role requires a professional architectural degree, and candidates may be licensed architects or unlicensed captains. The successful candidate will develop designs, produce construction documents, and coordinate consultant efforts.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine design concepts.
- Produce and manage construction documents.
- Coordinate RFI and submittal review processes.
- Handle drawing revisions and create supplemental construction phase documents.
- Ensure effective team communication and collaboration to execute projects efficiently.
- Engage with clients to provide project status updates.
- Possibly act in the capacity of a Project Manager, based on capabilities and directives.
- Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Practical application of architectural tools.
- Experience in project coordination and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Strong document control and customer service skills.
- Ability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Great team working and communication skills.
- Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
- Capability as a multi-tasker.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
