BIM Modeler

ABM Industries seeks a BIM Modeler to develop and manage detailed 3D building models that support safe, efficient, and well-maintained facilities. You'll create and coordinate BIM models for airports, hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings, integrating architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. In partnership with engineers and field teams, you'll run clash detection, maintain accurate documentation, and support planning, maintenance, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update BIM models for facility and construction projects using Revit and related tools
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure accurate building data
• Integrate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and architectural information into 3
• D models
• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts in collaboration with design and operations teams
• Maintain organized model documentation, drawings, and version control
• Support quantity takeoffs, space planning, and asset data for facility management
• Ensure models follow ABM and client BIM standards and naming conventions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across airports, hospitals, schools, and commercial sites
• Provide BIM reports and visualizations to support planning, maintenance, and operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and processes
