DutiesThis is a hands-on production role responsible for leading the development, coordination, and quality of Revit models and architectural construction documents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead production and coordination of Revit models and construction documents
- Collaborate with project teams to implement design solutions across all design and construction phases
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure alignment, adherence to deadlines, and documentation quality
- Support Revit workflows and standards within project teams
- Mentor junior staff in Revit best practices and documentation standards
Advanced Revit proficiency and strong construction documentation/detailing experience are fundamental requirements for this position. Candidates must have both to be considered.
- 5+ years of Revit experience in an architectural environment
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Strong knowledge of architectural construction documentation and detailing
, with the ability to develop accurate and coordinated drawing sets - Experience coordinating architectural Revit models with structural and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) consultants
- BIM Coordination and Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination and model-based project delivery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience mentoring or supporting other Revit users
- Base Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience
- Quarterly Bonus: Eligible for quarterly performance bonuses of up to 20% of annual base salary
