Opportunity Highlights:

• Unit based Productivity model with an attractive and fixed $/unit value + shift stipend. Annual earning potential of $700,000+!

• $100K Start Date Bonus-Longevity Bonus

Opportunity

Description:

• Work with Valley's Northwest Division-JCL Team, a
  -13 physician-only practice

• Anesthesia cases include but are not limited to;
  General, ENT, Endo, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular, Plastics, GYN

• Accredited Chest Pain Center & Primary Stroke Center

• Annual surgical volume approximately 12,000 to
  -13,000 cases per year

• 9 Main ORs, 4 HOPD Outpatient ORs, 2 Endo Suite with IR and Cath lab service

• Work in close collaboration with Valley's anesthesia team covering Honor Health Deer Valley

• Ability to cross cover at other Honor Health locations within our exclusive contract:
  Deer Valley, Sonoran, Thompson Peak, Shea and Osborn

* Physicians must be ABA Board Certified or certified within 6 years of training
