We are seeking an MD or DO Primary Care Physician who is not only clinically exceptional but deeply aligned with our mission of health equity, patient dignity, and community-rooted care. • Provide patient-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming primary care to a diverse and multigenerational patient population
• Work within a collaborative model that includes medical providers, medical assistants, behavioral health specialists, HIV case managers, and care navigators.
• Deliver care that affirms LGBTQ+ identities, addresses social determinants of health, and empowers patients through education and partnerships.
• Support and participate in HIV prevention and treatment programs, including PrEP/PEP management and chronic HIV care
• Contribute to clinical quality improvement, evidence-based practice, and Spectrum’s integrated care model.
• Actively engage in building an inclusive clinical environment centered on dignity, equity, and respect
