Located in the heart of Tucson, Arizona sits this 30+ surgeon, multi-specialty orthopedics practice seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Hand physician. Collaborate in this private practice within state of the art surgical facilities, research centers, and outpatient clinics with onsite support including Physical Therapy, imaging, and patient education resources.

Plastics and Orthopedic Surgery trained physicians encouraged to apply. Onsite mentorship for 2026/2027 fellows.

  3 days in clinic with 2 block OR days - option for more OR time.
• Build a practice to your preference: hand, shoulder/elbow, microvascular work if desired.
• Dedicated medical assistant and advanced practice provider per each surgeon.
• Competitive base salary +wRVU model with 2 year partner track.
