Our comprehensive services include primary care, PrEP/PEP, transgender care and hormone replacement therapy, HIV care, STI testing and treatment, among others. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Medical Doctor role located in Phoenix, AZ. The Medical Doctor will deliver patient-centered primary and specialty care, including management of general healthcare services, treatment for HIV and STIs, and overseeing transgender care and hormone replacement therapy. Responsibilities include diagnosing and managing medical conditions, developing treatment plans, providing preventative care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, and maintaining detailed patient records.
The role also involves staying informed about the latest advancements in healthcare practices to ensure high-quality and inclusive care.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty
- Knowledge and experience in general practice, primary care, HIV care, and transgender healthcare
- Strong diagnostic, patient counseling, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Sensitivity to and respect for the needs of diverse communities, particularly LGBTQ+ individuals
- CPR/BLS certification and commitment to maintaining current medical certifications
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
