Full‑Time Night Float Anesthesiologist Position in Phoenix, AZ offering High Income Potential and Work‑life Balance: 1 Week On/2 Weeks Off, guaranteed $475K Base Salary with a $100k Start Date Bonus!
Valley Anesthesiology Consultants, Inc., and Envision are actively recruiting board eligible or board‑certified Night Float Anesthesiologists to join our Downtown Division covering Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix.
- Variety of adult case mix at Banner University Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Hospital including general, gynecologic, transplant, hepatobiliary, vascular, obstetrics, neurosurgery, and more.
- Access to technology and medications such as VL, high‑resolution ultrasound, sugammadex, remifentanil, etc.
- Long‑established relationships with skilled, congenial surgeons and supportive circulating nurses; room turnover by anesthesia techs and respiratory therapists.
- Physician lounges with snacks, drinks, hot breakfast and lunch provided at both hospitals.
- Excellent compensation package with base salary $475K + $100K start date bonus, 401(k) match, CME & professional liability coverage.

Qualifications:
Board eligible or board certified anesthesiology with experience in a night float or similar schedule. Ability to manage adult anesthesia cases across diverse specialties. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
