Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Primary Care to seniors
- Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team
- Document in Athena EMR
- Participate in on-call rotation (limited)
- Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient facing time and general administrative time
- Work on-site in an outpatient office setting
- Graduate of accredited MD or DO program from an accredited university
- Board Certification or Eligible (ABMS or AOA) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willing to obtain a medical license in state of practice
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues
- Active and unrestricted DEA license
- Medicare and Medicaid Provider Number
- 2+ years of experience
- 2+ years of experience with Medicare Advantage Patients
- Knowledge of Medicare standards
- Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators
This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be screened for TB.

Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$267,800 - $313,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
