, creating an exciting opportunity for physicians to join an established healthcare system while helping build thriving new practices. This position offers exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to care for patients in a modern outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$265,000
• Annual Bonus: 16.60% of Base Salary
• Total Annual Compensation:
  Approximately $307,000

• Monday-Friday schedule
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• No call
• No weekends
• Outpatient-only practice
• No hospital responsibilities (optional hospital privileges available for referral purposes)
• Commercial insurance patient population
• Excellent work-life balance
• Anticipated start based on credentialing timeline of approximately 45-60 days

Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a supportive team environment.

• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day
