Primary Care Physician – Internal or Family Medicine

We're seeking experienced Primary Care Physicians to join two established outpatient clinics in the Phoenix area:
Central Phoenix and Paradise Valley. If you're passionate about high-quality, patient-first care and want to practice in a low-volume, team-based environment — this could be your next great role.

• $250,000 base salary (up to $240K for newer physicians)
• $30,000–$40,000 sign-on bonus (lump sum)

• Provide adult and geriatric primary care in a modern outpatient setting
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on prevention and long-term wellness
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic medical records (Epic experience is a plus)

• MD or DO with Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Minimum 2–3 years of recent outpatient primary care experience (no hospitalists or urgent care providers)
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Arizona
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first approach
• Experience with EHRs and managed care populations (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial)
