As Maricopa County continues its explosive growth, we are expanding our elite team of physicians to lead our three Pediatric Emergency Departments and four Urgent Care centers.

Your Role in Our Growth:
As a Physician in our division, you will assess and treat acute injuries and illnesses, manage patient throughput, and foster strong collaborative relationships with our multidisciplinary staff and patient families.
Schedule & Facilities:
- Urgent Care Coverage: 5 PM Midnight (M-F) and 10 AM8 PM (Weekends).
- Emergency Department:
Variable shifts (Days/Evenings/Overnights) for hybrid roles. - Location:
Multiple locations across the Phoenix Metro area, one of the most vibrant and fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the U.S.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics or Family Medicine.
- Current Arizona Medical License (or eligible to obtain).
- PALS Certification.
- A passion for clinical efficiency and superior patient experience.
Position Duties
Patient Care Services
- Provide patient care services for which he/she is clinically privileged, including but not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care services on an inpatient and outpatient basis
- Provide subspecialty consultations and follow-up.
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services/procedures
- Provide these services for urgent/ emergent care as necessary
- Strive to achieve the best patient and family centered care
- Support Hospital’s patient satisfaction goals as well as division’s specific targets
- Support and adhere to divisional patient safety and quality of care standards
- Practices Contemporary Evidence based medicine or latest experience based medicine
Divisional Responsibilities
- Establish and demonstrate effort to achieve annual physician goals and objectives (e.g. individual, division, hospital)
- Support the medical education programs and activities of the Division, including but not limited to:
- Provide direct supervision of trainees and allied health care professionals for the delivery of inpatient and outpatient services when applicable
- Conduct teaching rounds, lectures and conference for trainees
- Participate in the teaching and supervision of trainees and allied health care professionals assigned to the division
- Participate in the postgraduate continuing educational activities of the division
- Support the research endeavors of the division including the research initiatives by other members of the division
- Support programmatic growth of division
- Support satellite efforts of division when appropriate
