Overview
Banner University Medical Group is recruiting full‑time and part‑time Anesthesiologists to join our team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix (BUMCP) in Phoenix, AZ. BUMCP is a level 1 Trauma Center that provides multi‑specialty care and access to top specialists in General Surgery, Robotics, Gynecological, ENT, Orthopedics, Bariatrics, Endoscopy, and more. Our anesthesiology team supports a variety of operating rooms and endoscopy suites.
The position is under the direction of Dr. Samuel M. Galvagno Jr., DO, PhD, Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology.
- 1,848 hours annually for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, and 12‑hour shifts available with flexibility in scheduling)
- Base compensation of $489k–$499k plus additional incentives and call pay
- Unrestricted call compensation; several backup call positions available
- BC/BE Anesthesiologist
- Unrestricted AZ license or ability to obtain one
- Ability to obtain AZ DEA license
