Pediatric Emergency Medicine locums coverage in Arizona with a multi campus ED and urgent care footprint, including the state's only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. Mix of days, evenings, and minimal nights across 7, 8, and 10 hour shifts, weekends included.

• Ongoing need tied to satellite hospital expansion, coverage runs April 2027 through June 2028
• Multiple sites available, urgent care sites and ED campuses, with an effort to keep you assigned to nearby locations
• No call requirements
• High acuity pediatric exposure available, including critically ill neonates and trauma center coverage

• 100% pediatric patient population
• Coverage may include the only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in Arizona, plus Level 4 sites
• Annual ED volumes by campus, 75k, 55k, 30k, and a new site projected at 20k in year one
• Clinical focus includes management of critically ill neonates with neurologic, surgical, cardiac, and complex multisystem conditions

• Combination of 7 hour, 8 hour, and 10 hour shifts
• Shift mix includes days, evenings, and minimally nights
• Weekends are part of the schedule

• Management of critically ill neonate
• Endotracheal intubation, lumbar puncture, chest tube placement
• Umbilical arterial catheter placement, umbilical venous catheter placement
• Peripheral arterial line or stick

• Must be an MD or DO
• Arizona medical license or IMLC
• Pediatric Emergency Medicine, board certified or board eligible within 5 years
• ATLS, BLS, DEA, PALS required
