Palliative Care Faculty Physician at Dignity Health in Phoenix, AZ.
OverviewDignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is seeking a full‑time clinical and academic physician for the multidisciplinary Palliative Care service line at its flagship location of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide clinical supervision and teaching for two fellows in training in the Creighton University School of Medicine Phoenix Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship program.
- Work Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with rotational weekend hospital and call coverage.
- Be part of an interdisciplinary team that provides excellent care for all patients.
- MD or DO degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program and a Hospice & Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship.
- A passion for providing clinically excellent care.
- Active/Eligible ABMS certification in Internal Medicine / Hospice & Palliative Care Medicine.
- Must have or be eligible for an AZ State medical license.
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
Pay Range: $114.85 - $141.19 /hour.
