Total Joint / Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery Opportunity – Arizona
A well-established and highly regarded private orthopedic practice in Arizona is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified, Fellowship-Trained Total Joint / Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hip and knee to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative group with strong infrastructure, modern facilities, and a high demand for joint replacement services.
Position Overview- Focus on adult hip and knee reconstruction, including primary and revision arthroplasty
- Opportunity to build a high-volume elective joint practice with strong referral support
- Work alongside experienced orthopedic surgeons in a collegial, team-oriented environment
- Access to advanced surgical technology and dedicated support staff
- Outpatient-focused practice with an efficient surgical workflow
- Approximately 70% of procedures performed in the outpatient setting
- Emphasis on minimally invasive techniques and rapid recovery protocols
- Established care pathways supporting excellent patient outcomes
- State-of-the-art Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Dedicated “flip day” block scheduling utilizing two operating rooms
- Efficient OR turnover to maximize surgical volume
