to build and lead a new lung transplant program. This is a rare opportunity to shape every element clinical protocols, multidisciplinary team, referral network, and UNOS certification backed by an academic medical center and Arizona's largest health system. Ideal candidates bring fellowship training in thoracic surgery, lung transplant experience, and the vision to establish a program serving patients across the Southwest.

• American Board of Surgery & American Board of Thoracic Surgery certified or eligible
• Desire to practice within an academic and research setting, including teaching residents, fellows, and medical students
• All aspects of general thoracic surgery with lung transplant
• Experience in minimally invasive and robotic techniques
• Experienced Clinical Faculty and Graduating Thoracic Surgeons with interests in clinical academic practice are encouraged to apply
