Qualifications- BA or MA, Graduate from an Orientation & Mobility program.
- Current National Certification for Orientation & Mobility (COMS)
- Previous school experience preferred
- Work directly with students with visual impairments (blind, low vision, or other visual limitations) to help them navigate their environment and travel independently
- Work as part of the multidisciplinary team, contributing to the IEP and providing consultative support to school staff, parents, etc.
- Complete assessments as requested and appropriate
- Travel among District schools
