Job Summary

This exciting Nursing Faculty position provides classroom, clinical, laboratory, and simulation instruction starting on July 1, 2026. The role will work with nursing students from diverse backgrounds in fundamental and medical-surgical nursing concepts and theories across the life span; use traditional, nontraditional, and innovative methods of instruction, including the use of technology; use effective interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills while teaching in an integrated curriculum;

demonstrate a commitment to student academic success. The primary teaching focus will be in the Practical Nursing program and may also teach in the Maricopa Nursing RN, Nursing Assistant, RN to BSN, and/or Continuing Education programs. Participates in in-person, online, and hybrid course facilitation and alternative clinical activities. The position may have varying days, including some evenings and weekends. New Faculty will receive mentorship opportunities within the department and at the college level.
