Responsibilities

As a Student Finance Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring a consistent, compliant, and high-quality student experience through impactful training programs.

What You'll Do

* Develop and facilitate training programs for new and current student finance staff

* Create and maintain financial aid content, curriculum, and processes

* Partner with operations, advising, and compliance teams to build impactful training materials

* Assess new hire skill gaps and create development plans

* Evaluate training effectiveness using data, metrics, and feedback

* Support consistent, compliant, high-quality student experiences

Qualifications

What You Need

* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

* 3-5+ years in training, content development, or facilitation

* Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills

* Experience presenting to diverse groups (virtual and in-person)

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams

* Ability to travel 25-35%
