The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in a field that benefits education. It is highly recommended that they hold a valid Arizona teaching certificate and are required to have a valid fingerprint clearance card. The duties include but are not limited to: empowering all students to believe that they can accomplish their goals and to be a good citizen, creating a safe learning environment where all students are willing to take chances, working collaboratively with the grade level team to guide ALL students towards academic success.
