A successful candidate provides holistic support to advance teaching and learning through troubleshooting technical and instructional questions and providing professional development for our Learning Management System (LMS). They will collaborate with faculty and department colleagues to support the design and development of content and learning experiences within our LMS (currently Canvas) that align with best practices and institutional goals. The Course Production Specialist Sr.
supports teaching and learning quality assurance activities, including tracking related professional development and adhering to accessibility guidelines, to foster continuous improvement and support instructional innovation. The candidate will serve on college and District committees.
