We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Training Programs Specialist to design, coordinate, and manage remote training initiatives that support organizational growth and workforce development. This role is fully remote; however, candidates must reside within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing structured training curricula, facilitating virtual learning sessions, and measuring program effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop engaging virtual training programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct live and recorded remote training sessions for employees and stakeholders
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify skill gaps and development needs
- Create instructional materials including presentations, guides, e-learning modules, and assessments
- Manage training schedules, enrollment, and reporting
- Continuously improve learning content using best practices in adult learning principles
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
- Must reside in the United States
- Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs
- Experience facilitating remote/virtual training sessions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to analyze training data and measure ROI
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in corporate training or workforce development
- Certification in instructional design or adult learning methodologies
- Familiarity with performance management systems
- Experience designing e-learning content using modern authoring tools
