Special Education Teacher, Online Teaching, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, Elementary School
Licensed teachers who are prepared to move beyond traditional school management and focus on transforming young lives are invited to apply.
Imagine a teaching role where lesson plans, lectures, and grading are no longer your focus—replaced by a singular mission to mentor students into becoming confident, capable individuals.
Unbound Academy has redesigned what teaching means. This hybrid position supports a tuition‑free, fully virtual Arizona charter school that trades worksheets for experiential learning and prioritizes personal development. Students handle core academics on their own in two concentrated hours daily using AI‑powered platforms. The remainder of their day is dedicated to building practical skills through facilitated workshops, coaching, and exploration.
Your role will not involve delivering scripted lessons or supervising a virtual classroom. Instead, you’ll facilitate dynamic online sessions that push students to think critically, create, collaborate, and develop. You’ll guide them through storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and problem‑solving, while cultivating their independence, confidence, and executive function.
This position is not suited for educators seeking to recreate traditional schooling via Zoom. It requires licensed teachers willing to relocate to Arizona, operate within a hybrid model, and support students in ways that genuinely prepare them for life.
