In a learning college environment, this role provides comprehensive enrollment services to new and returning students. The position collaborates closely with the Contact Center, Welcome Desk, and Admissions, Records & Registration teams, while also supporting related areas such as testing, advising, financial aid, veterans' services, and international student services. Support is delivered through multiple channels, including in-person, phone, chat, and text, using a variety of technology systems to guide students through the enrollment process.
EssentialFunctions
This role supports students and enrollment services, with responsibilities spanning direct student interaction, data management, team collaboration, and special projects.
- Student Support (55%): Provides comprehensive assistance to prospective and current students across key enrollment areas, including admissions, placement testing, registration, financial aid, veterans' services, international programs, career services, and transfer requirements. Primary support is delivered via phone, with additional service provided in person at the Welcome Desk and through email, chat, and text.
