Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating a positive, engaging environment for children, families, and teachers? We’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Program Manager to join our team and help lead our childcare community!

As our Program Manager
, you will play a key role in supporting teachers, maintaining program quality, and ensuring that our classrooms run smoothly while providing exceptional care and support for the children we serve.

• Support and mentor teaching staff to ensure high‑quality classroom environments
• Help implement curriculum and maintain developmentally appropriate practices
• Ensure classrooms meet licensing regulations and company standards
• Assist with classroom management, scheduling, and daily operations
• Build strong relationships with families and maintain open communication
• Support enrollment, transitions, and overall program growth

• Experience in early childhood education (lead teacher or leadership experience preferred)
• Knowledge of state licensing regulations and ratio requirements
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting teachers and helping children thrive
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced childcare environment

• Minimum of 2 years experience in childcare or early childhood education
• CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
• Background check required
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
