Responsibilities
- Teach math and science courses to 6th grade students
- Provide, direct, and evaluate instructional experience for each student in their charge
- Maintain lines of communication in conformity with District policy
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues
- Participate in curriculum development as required by District policy
- Report to parents regarding student progress and adjustment
- Interpret curriculum content through contact with students and parents
- Keep records of student attendance
- Participate in program planning and evaluation
- Engage in self‑evaluation and self‑improvement pursuant to District policy
- Bachelor's degree
- Arizona Standard Elementary, Middle, or Secondary School Teaching Certificate with a Mathematics approved area
