* Communicate regularly with students, families, administrators, and support staff regarding academic progress, attendance, behavior, and student needs.

* Work collaboratively with school staff to support individual student goals, intervention plans, behavior plans, or academic recovery plans as applicable.

* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events, and collaborative planning as required.

* Support the mission and values of Accelerated Learning Center through professionalism, teamwork, consistency, and student advocacy.

* Strong knowledge of math content, instructional best practices, and student assessment methods.

* Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse academic and personal needs.

* Strong classroom management, organization, and communication skills.

* Ability to build positive, respectful relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

* Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting students in a non-traditional school setting.

* Must be able to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Preferred Experience

* Experience working in an alternative school, credit recovery, intervention, behavioral support, or small-school learning environment.

* Experience supporting students who may be behind in credits, need academic remediation, or benefit from individualized instructional support.

* Experience using educational technology, online learning platforms, or blended learning tools.

* Experience collaborating with counselors, administrators, support staff, or student services teams.
