Job Description
Tact Staff is seeking a passionate Early Childhood Special Education Teacher (ECSE) to support preschool-aged students within partnering school districts in the West Valley of Phoenix for the school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with early learners in specialized classroom settings to support developmental, behavioral, academic, and social-emotional growth.

- Starting Pay: $1,875/week
- Provide specialized instruction and classroom support for preschool-aged students with diverse learning and developmental needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and instructional strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including related service providers, administrators, and families
- Create a structured, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that promotes student growth and participation
- Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation related to IEP goals and services
- Support students with communication, social-emotional development, adaptive skills, and early academic readiness
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent communication, and team collaboration
- Active Arizona Special Education Teaching certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Early Childhood Special Education endorsement or related experience preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field
- Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood populations preferred
- Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time during the school year
