Job Title: Special Education Teacher
Location: Surprise, Arizona

Position Overview:
The Special Education Teacher will work in a school-based setting, providing tailored instruction and support to students with special needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure student success.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience working with students with special needs in a school setting.
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
