• Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job listed above;
• Valid Arizona Teaching Certification and five years of teaching experience;
  Knowledge and experience in implementing Response to Intervention;
  Knowledge and experience in the development and evaluation of academic interventions
• Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

• Master's Degree in Education
• SEI endorsement preferred

2026-27 school year; 216 days (new teachers); start date July 8, 2026 (new teachers)

Literacy Endorsement (unless you hold a Reading K-8, Reading K-12 or Reading Specialist K-12 endorsement)

• Teachers who were certified on or before 8/1/2025 have until 8/1/2028 to obtain the literacy endorsement.
• Teachers who certify after 8/1/2025 will have 3 years from certificate issuance to obtain the literacy endorsement.
• Teachers who graduate from AZ colleges in 2025 should have completed the coursework and should have the certificate on their licenses.
