Make a Difference at Grand Canyon University
Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate adjunct instructors to help prepare the next generation of professionals and leaders. As an adjunct, you will provide engaging, high‑quality instruction and support student success in a mission‑driven environment.
CourseChristian Doctrines – This course surveys cardinal doctrines of the Christian faith, including revelation, God, humanity, Christ, and salvation. Emphasis is placed on the development of sound theology grounded in biblical understandings and practical wisdom for ministry. Some attention is given to the historical development of doctrine.
What You Will Do- Facilitate classroom instruction and discussions
- Engage students in achieving course learning outcomes
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Incorporate current industry knowledge and best practices into teaching
- Support the mission and values of Grand Canyon University
Minimum qualifications:
- Ph.D. from an accredited college or university in systematic theology or a related field, plus at least two years of professional experience in ministry or teaching at the postsecondary level.
