Applied Ethics
This course examines difficult moral questions related to challenging bio‑ethical and social issues in order to identify the morally correct course of action in various areas of human life.
What You Will Do- Facilitate classroom lectures and discussions
- Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
- Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
- Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
- Preferred:
Master’s in Philosophy (PhD preferred) from an accredited college or university - 2 or more years professional experience in teaching philosophy and ethics at the postsecondary level
