Special Education Teacher – Phoenix, AZ

Concentric Healthcare Staffing is looking for experienced Classroom Special Education Teachers who are passionate about meeting the needs of students, clients, and community. The role focuses on planning for student success based on assessed needs, using data to set learning goals and assess progress.

• Develop lessons, activities, and materials that align with assessments of student learning needs.
• Design and implement individualized learning plans for students with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges.
• Utilize data and information to set, monitor, and adjust student learning goals.
• Collaborate with staff, families, and support personnel to support student progress.

• Bachelor’s degree;
  Master’s preferred.
• Arizona Department of Education Special Education Teaching Certificate.
• Minimum 6 months classroom experience.
• Experience in behavior management and working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current state driver’s license.

• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Current Child Protective Services or CPI certification (updated within last 12 months).
• Tuberculosis (TB) skin test within the last year.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Documentation of physical exam within the last year with no work restrictions.
• Two forms of government‑issued identification.
• Pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
