Adjunct Instructor – Christian Worldview
Grand Canyon University (GCU) is seeking passionate adjunct instructors to help prepare the next generation of professionals and leaders. As an adjunct, you will provide engaging, high‑quality instruction while supporting student success in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
College of TheologyThe GCU College of Theology exists to educate students to communicate the gospel effectively, serve the church, and minister with integrity at home and abroad. Adjunct instructors will support the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission.
Course OverviewChristian Worldview – A worldview acts like glasses through which one views the world. In this course, students explore the big questions that make up a worldview, such as “Why are we here?” and “What is my purpose?” They examine how Christians answer these questions and work on exploring their own worldviews, learning how a worldview influences perceptions, decision‑making, and everyday life.

GCU Main Campus – Phoenix, AZ (In‑person, on‑campus instruction)
Term:
Fall 2026 Semester (09/08/2026 – 12/13/2026)
- Facilitate classroom instruction and discussions
- Engage students in achieving course learning outcomes
- Assess student performance and provide feedback
- Incorporate current industry knowledge and best practices into teaching
- Support the mission and values of Grand Canyon University
- Masters in Divinity (PhD preferred)
