Position Summary:

The Helios Program and Assessment Coordinator supports data collection, evaluation, reporting, and coordination for the Helios-funded RISE 360 and Canyon L.E.A.P. to Teach/alternative pathway initiatives within GCU's College of Education. This part-time role ensures accurate tracking of student participation, progression, credential attainment, and workforce placement aligned with grant outcomes, while supporting continuous improvement across educator pathways.

Working closely with college leadership, district partners, and university offices, the Coordinator helps translate program data into clear evidence of impact, ensuring accountability, sustainability, and progress toward workforce and community goals.

What You Will Do:

Grant Reporting & Assessment

* Track and maintain Helios grant metrics, including participation, persistence, credential attainment, placement, and scholarship distribution.

* Support preparation of Helios interim and annual reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.

* Analyze and summarize data into clear impact narratives, success stories, stakeholder communications, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

* Monitor progress toward multi-year outcomes and support documentation for audits, evaluations, and funder communications.

Data Systems & Coordination

* Support ongoing development and refinement of dashboards and data systems to improve tracking accuracy, usability, program decision-making, and addressing data gaps/inconsistencies.

* Work alongside key parties to coordinate data inputs and track required participant-level data, including demographic, enrollment, persistence, credentials, voucher use, and completion indicators aligned to Helios reporting requirements.

Program & Partner Support

* Coordinate with district liaisons to support placement tracking, workforce alignment, and employment/certification.

* Track and report engagement in program experiences and workforce outcomes, including certification attainment, employment placement, and alignment with community-based teaching pathways

Operational & Administrative Support

* Maintain organized digital records and accurate tracking of scholarship eligibility, awards, and disbursements in alignment with grant and institutional requirements.

* Coordinate scheduling, communication, and logistics for evaluation, reporting, and related activities.

* Provide general support for grant-related operations, including documentation and additional responsibilities as needed.

What

You Will Have:

* Bachelor's degree required; preference for education, social sciences, data analytics, business administration, or related field.

* Experience in program coordination, assessment, data tracking, or grant-funded initiatives preferred.

* Familiarity with educator preparation, dual enrollment, or workforce-focused programs strongly preferred.

* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Ability to collaborate across university and K-12 partners.

* Must pass pre-employment background investigation.
