- Preferred: Doctorate or Master’s in Nutritional Science/Dietetics, Biological Science or Exercise Science with emphasis/certifications in nutrition/dietetics.
- Minimum: Master’s in any field with 18 graduate credit hours in Nutritional Science/Dietetics, Biological Science or Exercise Science with emphasis/certifications in nutrition/dietetics.

Courses are in‑person and on‑campus for the Fall 2026 Semester (09/08/2026 - 12/18/2026).
Intro to Dietetics. This introductory course provides students with a comprehensive overview of the field of dietetics, offering a foundational understanding of the pathway to becoming a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical applications, students explore the essential principles of nutrition, dietary planning, and the role of dietitians in promoting health and well‑being.
