CHSS Student Worker EPIC Lab; FWS-CSLP

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in weekly cage cleaning.
• Weigh rats weekly and maintain weight log.
• Be present for testing sessions Monday–Saturday, 11:00 – 3:00 as needed.
• Maintain testing log and video database.
• Be present for weekly meet ups with vivarium leadership team.
• Be present for weekly lab meeting with the entire team.
• Monitor and communicate with vivarium coordinator regarding PPE, food, and bedding orders.
• Use equipment responsibly.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient typing skills.
• Comfortable working in a professional environment with all levels of staff and faculty.
• Service oriented.
• Comfortable with GCU’s campus and departments to direct guests, students, and staff.
• Prior computer knowledge; able to copy, scan and fax documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and serve.

Pay Rate:
Minimum Wage. Anticipated End Date:
June 30, 2027.
