Rate: $2,100 per session
Position Summary- Develop and schedule daily activities.
- Register students prior to program start.
- Review applicants, interview, perform background checks, and recommend hiring for Summer Math Academy instructors and support staff.
- Provide direct supervision to instructors and support staff.
- Review lesson plans and recommend revisions.
- Ensure staff submit timecards.
- Facilitate planning meetings with instructors and support staff.
- Conduct inventory, requisition, and order materials and supplies.
- Communicate with parents as needed.
- Address student discipline issues.
- Collaborate with the principal and district staff to ensure smooth program operation.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Valid Arizona Secondary Teaching Certificate in Mathematics and valid AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card.
Education and/or Experience
- Prior experience supervising summer activity programs, camps, or related activities.
- Experience working with students ages six to thirteen.
