What You'll Do
As a Middle School Math Teacher at Camelback, you will:
- Deliver high-quality math instruction aligned to AMS curriculum standards through differentiation and standards-driven planning.
- Support students performing below, on, and above grade level using proven instructional strategies and intervention tools.
- Attend weekly professional development and collaborate in PLCs and grade-level teams.
- Communicate consistently with families and lead parent-student-teacher conferences to support academic and behavioral goals.
- Use measurable assessment data to monitor progress and adjust instruction for meaningful growth.
- Support and reinforce a positive school environment that is structured, safe, and motivating for all students.
- Use PBIS and restorative practices to develop student accountability, behavior skills, and socio-emotional growth.

Minimum Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain a valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Strong lesson planning, behavior management, and analytical skills
- Experience teaching or supporting rigorous math instruction preferred
- Ability and willingness to implement a structured, proven instructional model
- Commitment to collaboration, continuous learning, and equitable student outcomes
