The English Ministry Assistant Director supports the English Ministry Director in leading and developing
English language programming at the GoTEN Training Center (GTC), while also actively engaging in relationalministry with refugee families.

- The position is intentionally divided into two primary areas of focus:
Ministry Leadership Development (approximately 50%) – learning, assisting, and progressively implementing the responsibilities of the English Ministry Director. - Relational Ministry Engagement (approximately 50%) – building relationships with students and families through presence, home visits, storytelling, and discipleship.
The English Ministry Assistant Director will be trained using a Model, Assist, Watch, Leave approach and will, in turn, use this same framework to equip volunteers (Encouragers) to engage in relational ministry with students beyond the classroom.
