• Teachers without licensed experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $18.00 an hour!
• Teachers with 6 months experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $19.00 an hour!
• Teachers with 2 years experience in a licensed childcare facility earn $20.90 an hour!

Our Floating Teachers spend their days working with young children to develop social and emotional skills through play. Art, messy play, and love & safety are at the foundation of our work. The position is full-time and the schedule may vary based on classroom needs (8:30-5:30) or (9:15-6:15).

Job responsibilities include:

• Provide social/emotional, physical, cognitive support for a class of up to 22 students.
• Ensure the health and safety of the children in your care
• Follow all State licensing guidelines
• Maintain a clean classroom with prompt attention to child needs
• Be able to lift and carry children
• Complete daily care sheets
• Assist with curriculum delivery
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with all team members
