Middle School Special Education Teacher

Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher t to provide individualized instruction and support the academic and social-emotional growth of middle school students in Phoenix, AZ during the  school year.

• Provide specialized instruction and academic support to middle school students in a resource classroom setting, supporting growth in reading, math, and social-emotional skills.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including progress monitoring and documentation of student growth.
• Assess student needs and utilize data-driven strategies to adapt instruction and support individual learning goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to promote student achievement and social-emotional development.

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
• Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience assessing student needs, developing and implementing IEPs, and evaluating student outcomes through effective special education practices

• Competitive Pay:
  Earn $48.20 - $49.20
  per hour
